NORTHBOUND Solutions, LLC (NORTHBOUND LLC) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved Joint Venture between The Building People and Redhorse Corporation (Redhorse) under the SBA 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program. Northbound Solutions brings together the best of The Building People and Redhorse to deliver technical, analytic, management, and business solutions to the Federal government.

The Building People is a dynamic and growing 8(a) Program Participant and HUBzone business that specializes in providing professional services and management solutions to help customers more efficiently execute mission and operational requirements while meeting critical program and business performance goals.

Redhorse is a technology and management consulting company that provides program and project management, technical, analytical, acquisition, and financial services. Redhorse develops solutions for many of the most important issues of our time – national security, mission critical infrastructure, energy and the environment and information and systems management.

NORTHBOUND LLC is an unpopulated JV, which allows the Government to obtain the most flexible and effective expertise and reach-back from The Building People and Redhorse. This approach eliminates the need to establish new administrative functions for the JV and relies upon the approved cost structures and proven management capabilities of both firms. The Building People and Redhorse have worked together since 2014. We offer established management and quality processes, common values of technical excellence and high levels of customer service, and an unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
